Booking notice
A deposit will be required when booking to hold your appointment this will hold your spot. All deposits will count towards procedure or services unless there is a cancellation outside our 24 hours rebooking window, then deposit will be forfeited.
Many new clients ask us to correct or refresh permanent makeup that was applied by someone else. We do our best to correct procedures and are experts in corrective procedures, however there may be times when a correction will not be the best viable option in which case laser may be an option.
Please email us your photo. Make sure you send us clear pictures in natural daylight of each eyebrow in front & side view.
We can usually improve the appearance. We price this service as a new application.

Providing great customer service is our number one goal. We respect your time and ours. Due to the nature of the services we have policies that need to be followed in order to have satisfactory experience every time you visit us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Consultations are free and may take 20-40 minutes.
A Deposit is required for all appointments except consultations. All deposits will be credited towards your procedure or session.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours your deposit will not be applied to the cost of treatment. It will be forfeited.
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel or not show up for a scheduled appointment your deposit is forfeited.
Children under 18 are not allowed to have permanent makeup procedure.
Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results. Additional charges will be applied.
Touch up are normally booked within 4-6 weeks of original procedure, any touch ups after 2 months will result in additional charges
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged your deposit.
Please plan to arrive on time or before your scheduled appointment. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen if you are more than 30 minutes late.
Tipping is customary in Las Vegas and surrounding areas for good service. Tips usually average 15 - 20% of the treatment price. These can be given in cash or charged to a credit card. All tips are much appreciated but not required.
All treatments and products are non-refundable.
We may require a doctor’s release note to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
